Awarded 2021 Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, Second Prize!
In this year’s award selection, the project “Establishment and Application of a Technological Platform for the Development of COVID‑19 Diagnostic Reagents,” jointly submitted by Beijing Jinhao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. together with the China National Institute for Food and Drug Control, the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army, Beijing Ditan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, the Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Jinwofu Bioengineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Bell Bioengineering Co., Ltd., was awarded the Second Prize in the Science and Technology Progress category of the 2021 Beijing Science and Technology Award.
The “Beijing Science and Technology Award” is an honor established by the People’s Government of Beijing. Its project awards comprise the Natural Science Award, the Technological Invention Award, and the Scientific and Technological Progress Award. This award aims to thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy and accelerate Beijing’s efforts to become a major global science center and an innovation hub, with a particular focus on recognizing scientists, engineers, and scientific and technological achievements that have contributed to building an international center for scientific and technological innovation.
Among them, the Science and Technology Progress Award focuses on breakthroughs in key technologies and their practical applications, as well as achievements that support the development of Beijing’s priority sectors. In 2021, a total of 149 projects were honored with the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award.
This award underscores the recognition and commendation bestowed by the nation and society upon Jinhao Pharmaceutical for its contributions to scientific and technological advancement.
