Co-construction of Regional Inspection Center

Guiyang First People's Hospital Guiyang Regional Testing Center was established with the approval of the Guiyang Health Commission. It is based on the original Laboratory Department of Guiyang First People's Hospital and has introduced an external professional third-party medical testing laboratory - Guizhou Ankang Medical Testing Center, jointly creating the Guiyang Regional Medical Testing Platform.
The Medical Testing Department of Guiyang First People's Hospital serves as the Guiyang Clinical Testing Quality Control Center and the Guizhou Province Standardized Training Base for Laboratory Physicians. It is a comprehensive clinical testing laboratory integrating medical care, teaching, and scientific research. The center has 13 experts, including 3 senior technicians, 1 senior physician, 3 associate senior technicians, and 7 PhDs. All are experienced industry experts with rich clinical testing technical and management capabilities. The center has the ability and practical experience in ISO15189 system construction and provides professional support for clinical scientific research services, project design, and medical experiments. Meanwhile, the group company has a strong expert and R&D team supporting the regional testing center's scientific research technology and its practical application.
The Guiyang Regional Testing Center has specialized medical laboratories in clinical testing, biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunology, and molecular testing. It is equipped with advanced Siemens biochemical immunoassay lines, as well as multiple imported testing devices from Hitachi, Roche, BD, and Rayto, capable of conducting over 2,500 testing items. Since 1986, various sub-specialties of the department have repeatedly won excellence awards in national inter-laboratory quality assessment activities. Department personnel have successively been approved to lead more than ten national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects and have received eight municipal scientific research achievement awards of third class or above.
